Cielo Cocina Mexicana
Cielo Cocina Mexicana will give you an authentic taste of the state of Jalisco — the home of tequila and mariachi. The family-owned and operated Mexican restaurant opened in 2019 and is run by siblings Beatriz Barajas and Emre Aydinceren. Beatriz and Emre have a total of 25 years of restaurant-industry experience and came together to share their family recipes from Jalisco, Mexico. The duo is dedicated to using the freshest ingredients to prepare authentic dishes including slowly braised carnitas, sauteed garlic tiger prawns, and roasted poblano stuffed peppers.
Pro tip: Treat yourself to a specially crafted margarita, and don’t leave without trying their killer Kahlua flan.
