At Cielo Cocina Mexicana she shares family recipes from Jalisco, Mexico, and is dedicated to using the freshest ingredients to prepare authentic dishes including slowly braised carnitas, sauteed garlic tiger prawns, and roasted poblano stuffed peppers.
Pro tip: Treat yourself to a specially crafted margarita, and don’t leave without trying their killer Kahlua flan.
