Cloud Cafe is a mom & pop restaurant in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood owned by Di Chuc in 2023. While Di’s background is in pastry, the menu features a variety of Vietnamese cuisine, including pho, vermicelli noodle bowls, and banh mi sandwiches. Di’s family also founded Mekong Village and Meekong Bar, and they are proud to finally open a business in the neighborhood where they have lived since the 1980’s.
