April and Clyde Collins have been running their food truck, Clyde’s Southern BBQ, since 2004. Most days as you walk up to the black smoker you can find Clyde keeping a watchful eye on the sizzling meats and April stirring up all of the sides. Visit Clyde’s Southern BBQ for barbecue plates packed full of rib tips, fried okra, collard greens, cornbread, or your favorite meats and sides. Customers say they can smell the smoke from blocks away, and it brings them running.
