When both Yesica Reina and her husband Berni were laid off from a job they’d worked for nearly 20 years, they drew inspiration from a previous trip to Paris and opened a unique Mexican-French fusion restaurant. Colados Coffee and Crepes gets its name from the a Mexican coffee process where the coffee is poured through a cloth filter. At the restaurant, this traditional Mexican-style coffee is served alongside modern French-style crepes with fresh ingredients. While their sweet and savory crepes have made their name, the owners say it’s the family atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Pro tip: Try the chorizo crepe!
