After bartending at Columbia City Alehouse for seven years, Emily Eberhart took over in 2020 when the previous owner announced the bar would be closing for good. The first thing she did as an owner was put up a Black Lives Matter flag and a Pride flag, as well as expand the previously beer-only bar to a full bar. In addition, she worked to perfect customer favorites like Baked Goat Cheese Salad, Columbia City Gumbo, and Reuben.
