Conspagna Ethiopian Restaurant

Tesfaye Gebrkidan spent two years looking for the right Jackson Street spot before opening Conspagna Ethiopian Restaurant in Little Saigon in October 2024, in the former Bun & Oc space. The kitchen serves traditional Ethiopian classics with a deep vegetarian and vegan selection, signature dishes like Jonny Tibs, Yeshekla Tibs, Kitfo, and Shiro Wot, the famous Ethiopian coffee ceremony, and Ethiopian wines like tej. Music nights twice a month bring in local and visiting artists from across the country.
