Cowgirls Inc. has held court next to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park since 2004, when it opened as an American saloon in Pioneer Square. Managing members David Tran and Wade Peterson keep the lineup of mechanical bull rides, line dancing, pool, darts, and the famous $5 Cowgirls Tavern Cheeseburger going strong. It’s a 21-plus place built for pregames, bachelorette parties, and anyone in the mood for a night out.
