Hiep Ngo is the chef and owner of the Crawfish House. Hiep is a Vietnamese-American chef originally from Louisiana who decided he wanted to give the Northwest a taste of the South. At Hiep’s restaurant, Crawfish House, he enjoys seeing his customers’ taste buds satisfied and their stomachs full of delicious seafood. Since he opened Crawfish House in 2011, he has worked tirelessly to bring the freshest, tastiest, and most mouth-watering crawfish and seafood boils to White Center.
