Kaylee Allen, Jael Weinburg, and Erin Staadecker envisioned a future where people living with dementia can thrive right up until the end of life with their loved ones feel nourished, supported, and informed every step of the way. With this in mind, they founded Creative Dementia Collective to offer expressive therapies and dementia training in 2020. Creative Dementia Collective uses music therapy, art therapy, community events, and more. Their vision also includes empowering other millennials to participate in the shift of dementia de-stigmatization, to energize them to bring fresh ideas and innovation to dementia care.
