Chef Mei Lin opened her fast casual Szechuan hot chicken restaurant in August 2020 where she’s frying up chicken tenders and fried chicken sandos with spice levels ranging from no heat to extreme. Can’t take the heat? Order a side of slaw, fries, or pickles and wash it all down with a Hong Kong Milk Tea, lemonade of the day, or Mexican Coke.
