DCity Smokehouse’s co-owners Scott Jacobs and Melvin Hines have been proudly serving their award-winning BBQ since 2013. The duo moved the restaurant from its original location to a larger venue off Florida Ave in 2017, offering the same mouthwatering menu and meat-packed sandwiches that earned them a devoted following. Scott and Melvin’s signature brisket and ribs are smoked for eight to ten hours in their custom smokehouse, resulting in a flavor-packed, tender final product.
