When Renee Erickson opened Deep Dive in 2018 at the base of the Amazon Spheres, Seattle foodies and bar-lovers alike became entranced with her swanky, underwater-themed bar. Inspired by marquee hotel bars from around the world, Renee worked with artist Curtis Steiner to make her bar a nautical art installation. 

You’ll be equally wowed by the food and drink. Deep Dive’s small food menu of fancy bar bites features favorites like fried oysters and unique dishes like clavier-topped hot dogs. Renee’s drink menu is just as deliciously extravagant, with pages of available spirits and cocktails, including rare finds like Hibiki Japanese whiskey. 

Pro tip: Deep Dive is part of Renee’s Sea Creatures restaurant group, which includes Willmott’s Ghost, also housed inside the Amazon Spheres.
