Soon after moving to Seattle, Damian Castillo and Claudia Monroy began to dream of opening a bakery that combined Latin American flavors with a quintessentially American staple, the donut. Five years later, in 2023, they officially launched DOCE Donut Co in Fremont. 

Each one of their artisan donuts is hand-crafted from their unique fermented brioche dough. Try delicious flavors like Mexican hot chocolate, made with Ancho chile and spices, or tres leches, soaked in three milk custard and topped with torched meringue.
