Dukem Restaurant is Burien’s only Ethiopian restaurant, and their housemade injera is something special. The local spot is half Ethiopian market and half restaurant, allowing locals to get a taste of delicious Ethiopian spices and coffee. Owner Abdela Sadik treats visitors like family, and fills the restaurant with the sounds of joy and smells of home.
