In 2014, Amy McMillin and her brother Pat Johnson opened East Village Bohemian Pizzeria in downtown Tulsa. The focus of the menu: Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas that showcase premium ingredients imported from Italy including the flour used for their signature crust and the San Marzano tomatoes that create the base for their sauce. Beyond the popular Margherita pizzas made with Mozzarella di Bufula, Amy and Pat also offer delicious vegan (including vegan cheese) and/or gluten-free options. Not in the mood for pizza? The pastas – spaghetti, fettuccini, and lasagne – are all made fresh, in-house.
