Kittie Davidovich re-opened her restaurant, El Borracho, to be 100% plant based in 2021. Her easygoing taqueria has a long list of creative, vegan tacos and delicious tequila-based cocktails. El Borracho also has gluten-free taco options. Kittie wants to make sure everyone can enjoy Mexican food.
