El Gallito

Originally from Mexico, Refugio Lopez opened El Gallito in the early 1980’s, and most of the restaurant’s classic recipes and staff members have remained the same. Refugio’s children Elizabeth and Ole are the current owners, and have worked at the restaurant since high school.
