El Mariachi is a beloved food truck turned restaurant that opened its doors in Everett, WA in 2022. Owners Hugo Carranza and Viviana Garcia first sold tamales at pop-ups and breweries before overwhelming amounts of positive reviews launched them into becoming restaurant owners.
El Mariachi’s menu features a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, including burritos, enchiladas, and quesadillas. However, their specialty is birria, a spicy, slow-cooked beef stew used to make their famous birria tacos. The flavorful and tender meat combined with the crispy taco shells creates a taste that is simply unforgettable.
