At El Parrillon Loco, located in Yakima, owners Gerardo and Fernando Flores dish up authentic Mexican food and some seriously delicious grilled chicken. The two launched the spot in 2021, using fresh ingredients and time-honored recipes to satisfy the taste buds of his patrons.
Dine on tacos, quesadillas, and tortas topped with lettuce, sour cream, and plenty of cheese. The main attraction, however, is their signature chicken, marinated to perfection and slow-cooked on mesquite charcoal.
