When Eugenio Vallejos opened El Pique in 2011 it quickly became an area go-to for both Peruvian and Mexican cuisine. Eugenio’s and chef Lucrecia Villalobos Vallejos’ goal is for El Pique to be the best possible ambassador for authentic Peruvian food, which they firmly believe is one of the best cuisines in the world.
