Owned by Juan Montial-Cordova and Elena Sarmiento-Ruiz, El Quetzal serves up a wide range of outstanding homemade Mexican dishes in a casual, friendly setting. Many of the recipes from El Quetzal come directly from Juan’s mother, and their goal is to treat you like family when you eat with them. At the Beacon Hill restaurant and bar, you’ll find a variety of dishes like quesadillas on freshly-made corn tortillas, huaraches gigantes, alambres, and more.

Fun Fact: In Mexican history, the Quetzal symbolizes freedom and wealth.
