El Quinto Pino
Alex Raij and Eder Montero’s El Quinto Pino is a Spanish tapas bar. The small, intimate space was referred to affectionately by The New York Times as a “sardine can,” but its décor gives it a romantic midcentury feel. El Quinto Pino is known best for both its tapas and its sandwiches — which include hearty po’boys and savory Cubanos.
