Electric Cello is a restaurant and OOLA Distillery-focused bar with a menu full of comfort food in the heart of Georgetown. Owner KT Niehoff also owns the event space 10 degrees and knows how to craft an incredible experience for all her customers. Cocktails from the OOLA Distillery (which is Seattle’s oldest distillery) are incredible on their own but KT elevates them — and Electric Cello’s wine collection — with her pairing menu, including oysters prepared three ways with three types of OOLA vodka.
