Not long after wife and husband Maura Ryan and Jonathan Jones moved from North Carolina to Oregon they started a food truck called Prologue Kitchen. In 2019, they switched to a brick-and-mortar business fittingly named Epilogue Kitchen and Cocktails where they were excited about getting more creative in their new kitchen. The now award-winning menu features dishes inspired by Jonathan’s Appalachian heritage, with dishes like chicken and waffles, rabbit confit, and crab cakes. Pair your meal with one of their creative cocktails or a selection from their carefully curated wine list.
