Husband and wife Sheng Zhao and Ling Liu’s small-business story began at their dining room table. The former architects are passionate about fresh, high-quality food, have a zealous love of spicy stir fry, and two picky kids, all of which led them to opening Fan Tang Asian Cafe. Sheng and Ling’s unique concept offers northwest inspired Hunan style dishes for the whole family. They are proud to share a menu full of generational family recipes and traditions, including flavorful and memorable pork belly buns, garlic green beans, crispy chicken bites, hand rolled wontons, and so much more.
