Chef Sonia Eagan opened the doors to Fil Cuisine in 2010 and has been serving authentic Filipino food to the Greater Seattle Area ever since. Sonia discovered her passion for cooking growing up watching her parents in the kitchen, who were both incredible cooks. Fil Cuisine is her dream come true where she shares a delectable menu of traditional, homemade dishes that are rich in flavor and uniquely Filipino.
