In 2021, Sara Moran opened her cafe, bar, and brunch spot Finch & Pine on Capitol Hill. Sara serves seasonal Pacific Northwest cuisine by using all natural, regionally sourced ingredients prepared simply and beautifully. Finch & Pine showcases the best of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer from fresh seafood and briny mollusks, to meaty mushrooms and wild berries. Sara’s job working as a fishmonger for Whole Foods Market sparked a passion for sustainability that still influences the way she runs Finch & Pine.
