Fireside Midwest Tavern

Before creating Fireside Midwest Tavern, Matt, Tyler, and Jose were buddies in Seattle’s food industry while working on their own projects. For over a decade, Matt was building out restaurants and bars, Tyler was designing through food styling and contracting, and Jose was operating Laredos Grill as its owner. These three amigos pulled together in 2021 to create Fireside with the mission of warming the soul. This cozy and homey establishment in downtown Burien hosts tasty Midwest plates and downright good drinks. Pull up a chair, settle down, and enjoy yourself with someone you love.
