Alison Soike & Ryan Faniel opened the Fish Ladder Lounge in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood in 2023. Stop by for trivia on Thursdays, a cool drink on the patio for Sunday Funday, and a delicious menu with fresh food made in-house. The Fish Ladder Lounge believes dessert should be enjoyed every night. Try a warm doughnut straight off the line topped with vanilla ice cream.
Alison & Ryan met in 2017 and it was an explosion of taste buds and creativity from the start. They created a mobile food/festival business in 2018, followed by a mobile burger/dog delivery cart, and eventually took ownership of The Lockspot Cafe, which has been serving tasty meals at the entrance of Seattle’s Ballard Locks for nearly a century.
