Sea-Tac airport goers can now get a taste of popular Madison Valley vegetarian restaurant, Cafe Flora, on their way to-and-from their destination. Floret by Cafe Flora was the brainchild of owner Nat Stratton-Clarke who has designed both a grab-and-go station and a full-service sit down restaurant (and bar) that offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes that utilize fresh and organic produce from local farms. Floret is committed to showcasing beloved local vendors through their partnerships with Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Rachel’s Ginger Beer, Mystic Kombucha and Fran’s Chocolates, among many others.
