Flour Bakery + Cafe

Led by James Beard Award-winning pastry chef Joanne Chang and co-owner Christopher Myers, Flour Bakery opened its first location in the South End in 2000. There are now nine locations across Boston and Cambridge, all with the mission to make the world a sweeter place through warm smiles, gooey sticky buns, and irresistible BLTs.
