Flying Apron

Flying Apron is the go-to neighborhood bakery for many in West Seattle. Owners Jeff Silva and Angela Cough have created an entirely gluten-free and vegan menu, from mac n cheese to coffee cake and beignets. Flying Apron also makes custom to-order cakes, ranging from cupcakes to extravagant wedding cakes.
