Chef Sun Kim was born in Korea and grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, eating Southern food alongside his family’s traditional Korean home cooking. FOMO Chicken reflects both sides of his cultural background, offering both Korean and Southern versions of fried chicken. His Korean fried chicken comes in two flavors, Sweet Garlic or Spicy, topped with a springling of sesame seeds and served with a side of rice and pickled radish. His classic Southern fried chicken comes with mashed potatoes, corn, and coleslaw.
Sun is dedicated to quality, sourcing only organic chicken for his meals. He also offers gluten-free versions of his fried chicken for those with dietary restrictions!
