FoxFire Salon – Fircrest

Karin Walker opened FoxFire Salon and Spa’s Fircrest location in 2001 to give the business a permanent home she could build from the ground up. After starting the original salon in 1984, Walker moved to Fircrest as a next step in growing what had become one of Tacoma’s most recognized salons. The Fircrest location has a more retreat-like feel, designed as a place for clients to relax and be taken care of. Like the Proctor location, it offers a full menu of Aveda salon and spa services including haircuts, color, skin care, nails, waxing, makeup, and lashes. It sits near TCC and is easy to reach from Tacoma, University Place, Lakewood, and Gig Harbor.
