Started by co-owners Autumn Martin (Hot Cakes) and Kari Brunson (Juicebox), Frankie & Jo’s offers plant-based ice cream with flavors inspired by local, seasonal ingredients. The shop is named after Martin’s late grandmothers, and in short, is a vegan’s ice cream dream-come-true.
