Frybaby, located in the lively Lil’ America food truck pod, blends the best of Southern and Korean fried chicken culture to create a truly unforgettable experience. Growing up in Dallas, Texas, food was one of owner Sunny Hatch’s only connections to his Korean heritage. He launched Fry Baby in 2023, hoping to explore and share both sides of his cultural identity.

Their double-fried chicken wings and drumsticks are the star of the show, tossed in gochujang, snow cheese, or soy garlic sauce and served with chicken-muu (pickled radish). Don’t skip on their delicious sides— options include kimchi mac and cheese and sesame-lime slaw, made fresh daily.
