In 2025 Myong Bartz took over Fuji Sushi, a destination known for fresh sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and classic Japanese dishes. Beyond a la carte service and omakase at the sushi bar, the restaurant runs a traditional tatami room that seats six to fourteen for private dinners with full service plus cocktail and sake menus.
