Farshid Varamini opened Gantry Public House in March 2020, bringing his People’s Burger and Pioneer Grill Hot Dogs food-truck experience into a brick-and-mortar pub right across from Seattle’s stadiums. The sports bar pours local beers, runs a menu of tacos, burgers, and wings, and keeps 14 big-screen TVs going for every game in town. A second Gantry location near Climate Pledge Arena opened in 2026 to serve Kraken and Storm crowds.
