After noticing the lack of health-conscious, fast-casual restaurant options in Tacoma, Nyesha Jones decided to open a spot of her own. She officially opened Garden’s Gourmet in 2016, seeking to supply the community with nourishing and wholesome fare prepared from fresh ingredients.

Enjoy made-to-order gourmet salads, wraps, sandwiches, and fresh fruit smoothies free of added sweeteners. Nyesha works hard to accommodate any dietary needs or restrictions so every diner can enjoy their meal without worry.
