After noticing the lack of health-conscious, fast-casual restaurant options in Tacoma, Nyesha and Dion Cooper decided to open a spot of their own. In 2016, they officially opened Garden’s Gourmet, seeking to supply their community with nourishing and wholesome fare prepared from fresh ingredients.

Enjoy made-to-order gourmet salads, wraps, sandwiches, and fresh fruit smoothies free of added sweeteners. Nyesha and Dion work hard to accommodate any dietary needs or restrictions so every diner can enjoy their offerings without worry.
