After running a small Mediterranean grocery store and selling homemade Lebanese dishes with his family, in 2008 Maher “Matt” Jabbour opened Garlic Crush. While the Garlic Crush menu is simple, it is rich, healthy, quickly served, and full of flavor. Matt, who was informally trained by his parents traditional home cooking, created the flavor profiles for the restaurant himself. They offer traditional Mediterranean and authentic Middle Eastern flavors including a variety of salads, tasters, sandwiches, gyros, kebabs, and vegetarian choices.
