Ginza Japanese Restaurant has been a classic in old Bellevue since 2002. Owners, Yu Mok and Yau Mok-Cheng opened their restaurant to serve authentic Japanese classics such as sushi, ramen, udon, and chicken katsu.

Want to try out many different varieties at once? Check out their otsumami menu, which are small plates that feature options you can’t find on their original menu. It varies from broiled beef short ribs, ginkgo nuts, to sole fish. If you make that order to-go they are also offering discounted alcoholic beverages.

Insider tip: The pumpkin fried rice is a local favorite and the portions are healthy.
