Worn down by the Seattle grind, Erik Jackson left his gig as Vendemmia’s executive chef to open a doughnut shop along with his wife, Alison Odowski. Learning from trial and error and many Youtube tutorials, Jackson perfected his all-American donut recipes, making Good Day Donuts a hit in the White Center neighborhood.
