Grace Correa, the owner of Gracie’s Cuisine, learned to cook when she was 11 and regularly sold champorado, congee, and biko as a street vendor growing up in Manila. Now at Gracie’s Cuisine, she serves all of those Filipino delicacies and more with warmth and hospitality. All of the recipes at Gracie’s Cuisines are Grace’s own, and each dish is made fresh in house.
