Grain Artisan Bakery
Pastry chef Lauren Anderson sold her handcrafted baked goods at farmers markets and pop-up stores for five years before opening Grain Artisan Bakery in the heart of downtown Snohomish in November 2020. She has since established her shop as the go-to spot for a strong cup of coffee and even better artisan cakes, cookies, pies, and pastries. In addition to using local organic ingredients, Anderson offers a variety of gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and paleo options. Menu standouts include the gluten-free and vegan salted chocolate chunk cookies and the Persian Love cake, which features hints of cardamom, pistachio, rose water, and raspberry.
