Armando De La Torre Sr. and Armando De La Torre Jr. opened the original Boyle Heights location of Guisados in 2010. The simple menu features a variety of braised meat (vegetarian options are available) on handmade tortillas, rumored to be the best tacos in the city. Each location features the work of local artists.
