Irma and Jose Gutierrez have run the Maple Valley restaurant since 2006, serving authentic street tacos, sizzling fajitas, burritos, enchiladas, and much, much more. They’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you can pick up a delicious meal any time of day. 

Vegetarian? They’ve got you covered with meatless options like their tamales espinaca filled with seasoned spinach and a creamy white sauce and served with a side of Spanish rice, beans, and pico de Gallo.
