The donut recipes are concocted in house and every donut is made from scratch with organic ingredients. Owner Christine Cannon has been serving up this traditional treat with a modern twist since Half and Half Doughnut Co. opened in 2019!

  1. My daughter and I stopped in Half and Half this afternoon and we’d never been before. There weren’t many doughnuts left because of how late we stopped in but, we were lucky to snag a banana fosters and Boston creme bomb. Wow! They were definitely some of the most delicious doughnut I’ve ever had. The creme inside was so deeply flavored and the crackle stuff on top. Wow, wow! We met the owner Christine while there and chatted because I noticed they serve Fulcrum espresso like our coffee shop in West Seattle. She was so sweet and helpful when we made our selections. The shop felt warm and cozy. Highly recommend!
