HamHock Jones

In 2019, Robert Shorts has brought his Southern soul food and barbeque to Tacoma with HamHock Jones. His “soul shack” sells ribs, burgers, chicken wings, cheesesteaks and so much more. Customers say that HamHock Jones’ Big Bad Momma burger – a quarter pound patty, cheese, a fried egg, and a hotlink – is the best burger they’ve ever had. Outside of HamHock Jones there are tables for customers and sometimes live music!
