Hank’s Oyster Bar owner Jamie Leeds has put “urban beach food” on the map thanks to her simple and approachable seafood dishes. The original Hank’s Oyster Bar opened in 2005 in the Dupont Circle neighborhood, and within a year earned nominations for best new restaurant and best neighborhood restaurant from the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington. The menu showcases delicious seafood fare including a variety of fresh oysters on the half shell, a bountiful lobster roll, and griddled crab cakes.
