Named after the city in the most southern part of Thailand, Hat Yai has drawn inspiration from the city’s local vendors that prepare fresh chicken and roti daily. Hat Yai has become popular for its delicious southern Thai fried chicken with curry and roti (Thai pan-fried bread). These knockout dishes will have you rolling your sleeves up, eating with your hands, and going back for more according to locals.
